NIRAS is looking into a new evaluation opportunity with LuxDev: the Mid-term evaluation of the Skills for Tourism, Agriculture and Forestry (STAF) programme in Laos. We expect the contract to run from April to September 2025. We are looking for a National Vocational Skills Development expert from Laos to be Key Expert 3 in this short-term assignment.

Qualifications required

Only the experts meeting the set criteria will be shortlisted and contacted.

University diploma, fluent in Lao and knowledge of English (ability to communicate with an international evaluation team).

Professional experience required

• at least 10 years professional experience,
• confirmed experience in Vocational Skills Development for Tourism/Hospitality and/or Agriculture/Forestry.
