SEA Lot 10 - Ukraine - Legal and policy coordinator

Description

The expert will provide assessment of legal and policy environment and will support policy related work of the team. The legal and policy coordinator works closely with and under guidance of the team leader and the EU Delegation project manager.

Qualifications required

Only the experts meeting the set criteria will be shortlisted and contacted.

Completed university studies of at least three (3) years, attested by a diploma in a relevant field, for example law or political or social sciences. In its absence 5 years of equivalent professional experience Strong organisational and
communication skills.

Professional experience required

• General professional experience: At least 6 years professional experience working as policy and legal analyst or in a relevant field
• Specific professional experience: At least 3 years of specific professional experience in provision of legal and policy analysis about Ukrainian civil society or governance issues in Ukraine Experience in working on civil society sector related policy analysis. Experience in drafting policy or legal analysis or background notes in English language
• Language skills: Good command in written and spoken in English and Ukrainian languages required
